Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in its original condition.
  • The item must be in the original packaging.
  • Proof of purchase or order confirmation is required.

Certain items may not be eligible for return due to hygiene or safety reasons, including opened baby products or personalized items.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the product and packaging. We will arrange a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.
